Lab member Yadwinder Kaur received\u00a0the\u00a0Sherwood-Delaney Scholarship and the\u00a0Charles J. Hoff Scholarship through\u00a0the Honors College. The Sherwood-Delaney honor asked students to describe how their UMass Amherst education will enable them to contribute to science in the United States. Yadwinder said, “I described\u00a0all the protein work that we do in the lab and all I have learned from it.” The Hoff honor was for outstanding Commonwealth Honors College Students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
