Elana Carleton committed to UMass Med for her MD\/PhD! She says, &#8220;It was such a long application process and I am very grateful that I ended up having choices for where I wanted to go! I will start a lab rotation this summer but I am leaving my job soon for a solo backpacking trip around Europe.
