Yadwinder Kaur receives two honors – congratulations!

Lab member Yadwinder Kaur received the Sherwood-Delaney Scholarship and the Charles J. Hoff Scholarship through the Honors College. The Sherwood-Delaney honor asked students to describe how their UMass Amherst education will enable them to contribute to science in the United States. Yadwinder said, “I described all the protein work that we do in the lab and all I have learned from it.” The Hoff honor was for outstanding Commonwealth Honors College Students.

The Vierling Lab is very proud of Yadwinder’s dedicaton to her work and her studies- congratulations!
