Congratulations to Elana!
The good news from Vierling Lab alumnae continues to roll into our email inboxes. Elana Carleton committed to UMass Med for her MD/PhD! She says, “It was such a long application process and I am very grateful that I ended up having choices for where I wanted to go! I will start a lab rotation this summer but I am leaving my job soon for a solo backpacking trip around Europe. I’ve never even been to Europe and I’ve always wanted to go…” We wish her the best of luck and we hope she has fun in Europe this summer.
